The treatment

Foot reflexology is a traditional wellbeing practice. In its tradition, the foot is seen as a miniature map of the body, with each zone of the foot associated with a part of the body.

Our approach combines foot reflexology with calf massage. Pressure on the reflex zones of the foot flows into an enveloping massage of the calves, for complete relaxation.

Through precise, rhythmic pressure, the therapist invites the body to let go and the mind to settle. A calm moment that leaves a lovely feeling of harmony and lightness.
