Hot Stone Massage

In this massage, basalt stones are heated and kept at a constant temperature. The warmth and weight of the stones warm and relax the muscles, the heat spreading gradually to help release tension. It's ideal for a deep massage without needing much extra pressure.

Choose your duration

Each booking is 15 minutes longer than the massage, to welcome you. Normal pressure.

The treatment

Hot stone massage uses heated basalt stones to bring deep relaxation. Volcanic in origin, these stones hold heat well and release it gently and evenly.

The stones are heated in a water bath, then placed on chosen areas of the body and used to massage. Their natural weight and enveloping warmth bring a comforting feeling that invites the muscles to let go.

The warmth allows a deep massage without heavy pressure, which makes it a favourite with anyone who enjoys a firm massage but also wants softness and comfort.
